Sauter & Associates was founded in 1994 by Barbara Sauter. Prior to founding S&A, she was the Director of Marketing for JB Dental Supply for 8 years and has over 20 years of dental merchandising and dental catalog design experience. Her experience was invaluable in the design of S&A's custom catalog software. In 1983 Dwight Sauter wrote a computer software program that assisted users of one-write accounting systems in totaling their day sheets. In 1986 he was hired by Professional Systems Corporation, "PSC." PSC is a Los Angeles based software company that writes and supports the medical billing software package Physicians' Office Computer. In 1987 he was promoted to Vice President and General Manager. In 1995 he resigned his position with PSC and joined S&A. In 2001, S&A began development of a revolutionary new automated process for producing custom dental merchandise catalogs faster, with greater accuracy, and at a fraction of the cost of traditional methods. The unique combination of their catalog design and software programming backgrounds was critical to the successful creation of S&A's dental product database and S&A's proprietary catalog software. S&A currently maintains a massive catalog database of products sold to the dental profession and constantly updates its software with client requested features. |
